The OSC Staff Representation Committee exists to help staff raise issues, understand shared concerns, and support respectful engagement with leadership.
What we do
We listen to OSC staff concerns, identify patterns that affect the workplace, and help turn issues into constructive conversations. The committee is a representative channel for fair process, dignity, wellbeing, and transparent communication.
Our role is to keep staff perspectives visible, support practical problem-solving, and communicate updates in a clear and responsible way.
